I could not, for the life of me, figure out what to do with the damn lids without resorting to drilling a hole in my metal cabinets, which I did NOT want to do. Enter Ikea. Again.
Mister is probably eternally grateful that the closest Ikea is 4.5 hours away. I would spend all of our money there! Okay, I really wouldn't, but I would buy every single last fancy doodad they have for organizing my kitchen.
Ta-Da!
It's not going to win any decor awards or anything, but it works well for me.
It also helps that I donated all of my collected pots n' pans from the last 9 years and replaced them with the Cuisinart GreenGourmet set. My mother bought it for me for Christmas last year, I use at least one piece of it at least once a day, and I haven't had any problems with the non-stick stuff coming off. They are really great.
Admittedly, in the first set she purchased, the liner in the 2.5 quart sauce pan began flaking off around the rivet after about a week. I called Amazon ad they sent a new set out to me that same day. I have not had a single complaint about my new set. I couldn't be happier with them. If you are in the market for a new cookware set, keep these in mind.
*I was not asked to talk up Cuisinart or Amazon.com, nor did I receive reimbursement from either company.*
